As we get started with a new year, I'd like to take a moment and look back at 2008 and highlight some of the key milestones for Zoho. Year 2008 was certainly a great one for Zoho as our applications got better, deeper and business friendly. We added new applications expanding our offerings. We also crossed the million user milestone before our third birthday.
For the past 3+ years, we have built our applications one block at a time with constant improvements. Year 2008 was no different as we had 75+ important updates to various Zoho Apps. There were several other updates which were not announced. The graphic below summarizes the key updates for 2008. The yellow blogs below represent important updates to existing apps while the Red blocks represent new Releases. Click on each of these blocks for detailed information.
Apart from product announcements, here are some of the highlights for 2008.
While we generally don't talk about what is coming this year, I can certainly tell you that the road ahead looks very encouraging. I can promise you that 2009 will be as exciting as 2008, if not better.
This year, the focus will be more on integrating our existing applications and making them more and more business friendly. We will also keep adding new applications to complete our suite.

When will you have full online accounting? Just invoicing doesn't cut it.
Glad to hear integration will be a priority next year. I'd encouraging focusing initially on search, first by introducing search to Zoho Notebook (an excellent product!) and, even better, cross application search. Your product range is so vast that my preferred method for storing information keeps changing. For example, I started taking my medical school notes on Writer.. then Wiki caught my interest and finally I'm finding that, for particularly types of notes (like how to carry out physical examinations), Notebook is perfect. Finding information in a hurry through those apps is gradually becoming a little harder as my usage increases. Otherwise - fantastic work as always! I'd first tested Zoho about 2 months since beta launch of Writer and, despite finding it interesting, left it for a while. I returned about a year ago and have been addicted since. I use it from everything from notes to keeping an online version of all the business cards a receive on Notebook, keeping them in pages according to the context in which I met them. Has been a great boon to my networking ability as I can check my notes about each person before a meeting. Happy new year and good luck.
How do you graph a chart like the one shown there? Was this done with Zoho Sheets? I was trying to use Zoho to make my graph look good, but I couldnt figure out how to modify it. http://wordspicturesweb.com/?p=210 Tips and suggestions welcome, since I would like to share more spreadsheets.
