Raju, Zoho's fearless Evangelist, recently took part in the Productvity 2.0 session at DEMO, which also featured Sam Lawrence from Jive and Jeff Pierce from IBM.

Raju spoke about some of the latest integrations we've done in our Zoho products and how connected productivity benefits users. He showed several things, for example, bidirectional integration between Zoho Mail and Zoho Docs, as well as integration between our Zoho Office applications and Zoho Docs.

One of my personal favorites is the integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Sheet (our spreadsheet product). People in sales often complain about their CRM solution and how hard it is to use. It is not uncommon for sales folks to spend a good amount of time towards the end of quarter/month "scrubbing" the data they have in their CRM system. This is where Zoho Sheet comes in place. Through a very neat integration, Zoho CRM users can update their records using the speed and flexibility of Zoho Sheet.
