This sounds good, however what many of us are in desperate need of is a mail merge feature, hopefully one that can read the data from Zoho Mail as well as from Contact forms developed in Zoho Creator.

Great Man, i was in real need of that feature. Keep it up!

I miss a couple of things:
     a section in Zoho Docs to list the docs sent by me;
     a section in Zoho Docs to list the docs sent to my mail.

hey this is a gr88 one becoz i really felt this need whenever I was trying to send the attachments which were there as zoho docs... Zoho beats google docs handsomely

At first i like that but now i am think, what exactly u guys have done? I mean it take a hell of time getting those files from docs, but i was thinking now it will be matter of click esp with big files..

I am looking for the integration/sync of email and zoho crm - so I can quickly add to crm records all emails  related to a contact, lead, etc.

Right now I am cutting and pasting each email exchange into the description area of zoho crm.  Been looking around for a technical link, but have not found it.  If a solution already exists, please advise.

Dear Kimberly,

Currently, we are working on the integration of Zoho Mail with Zoho CRM. Once it has been released you can configure your zoho mail id with your Zoho CRM Account. So that, it will fetch your mail transactions with the corresponding Lead/Contact and it will list under Mails section of that corresponding  lead/contact's detailed view page.

If you are using other mail applications and want to integrate with Zoho CRM, then you have to configure POP access in Zoho Mail, so that you can view your send/receive mails in CRM  ( i.e  Zoho Mail will act as an interface between your mail application & CRM).

I'm very disappointed in the additional cost for integrating CRM and mail.  This seems like charging for brakes on a new car.  I'd already created a cost-benefit analysis for my boss at the $12/month level, and changing it to $15/month will raise red flags about Zoho's integrity and whether or not you will show a nickel and dime mentality on other upgrades and improvements.
 

How does one attach docs to leads in zoho CRM ... for e.g. I want to attach Resume's to a contact

How can one save Incoming/Sent Mail Attachments directly to Zoho Docs, instead of downloading them to the local disk and uploading them again to Zoho Docs

Like Kimberly, I want to also link all items related to a contact/opportunity with that contact opportunity. Emails with my co-workers I want to link with the item it pertains to as well as emails from vendors I want link to the contact/opportunity it's in relation to. 

How do I do this? Thanks!
