Continuing the Zoho Apps integration series, we are pleased to announce the integration between Zoho Invoice and Zoho CRM. Users can now use the customer information in Zoho CRM while raising invoices or estimates using Zoho Invoice.

Importing customer information from Zoho CRM to Invoice is very simple, just three simple steps -
How to get the latest customer information from Zoho CRM to Zoho Invoice?
After the import, keeping the customer records updated in Zoho Invoice is very simple. Click on the "Sync" link on the left. That's it! All the records will be automatically updated!!
When I say, we will be updating the records, we will be syncing up only those records that have been modified, but still this update is costly, use it judiciously. You also have options to -
Soon, we will be providing you options to synchronize the custom views defined in Zoho CRM.
How does this integration work?
When you click on the import button, we use the "Login Name" and the "API Key" that you have provided to connect to Zoho CRM. Then we pull up the records using Zoho CRM's APIs.
Customer information in Zoho CRM will be considered the master. So, in case of conflicts the records in Zoho Invoice will be updated with the one from Zoho CRM.
Some specific details:
There is no concept like contact's address in Zoho Invoice, so we will not be pulling out this information from Zoho CRM. Remember, contact's address is different from customer's address. We do make use of the customer's address.

Hi John Sorry, we missed the fact that the reply to your forum post at http://forums.zoho.com/viewtopic.php?t=151887 was made before this comment (both were on the same day). Thanks for the suggestion. At least for now I don't think we can give 15 invoices and 45 estimates for free in Zoho Invoice. Currently we don't support multi user accounts (organization and roles), we are working on it and you can expect this shortly. We will revisit our pricing once we support this feature. We will definitely consider you suggestion, but here again I am not promising anything. Regards Siva
That is good news, as i am looking at different invoice systems for international business, usually requiring multi currency ability...and want to incorporate it with CRM. I am lookig at Zoho CRM as well, and wished it synced with Entourage. D
@danielmcvicar Welcome to Zoho blogs and thanks for your comments. Yes we support multi currency and other important features. Feel free to mail us if you need any help. Hi Gregg Thanks for the post. Releasing the APIs for Zoho Invoice is high on our priority list. Unfortunately I am not in a position to commit a time frame for this. This is at least a couple of months away. On Integration with Zoho CRM, it will be great if you can explain us your current workflow and what exactly you want to do via Zoho Invoice APIs. What are your intentions with future development of Quotes & Invoices already built into Zoho? Will these still be available as part of the feature set? Will you develop these features, or focus on zoho invoice integration solely? Thanks, David
David, Yes, we will keep adding new features to our CRM - Inventory modules though we have integrated CRM with our Invoice service. Gopal

Hi dcarver, We are yet to integrate Zoho Invoice with Microsoft entourage. Right now we are focusing on the multi user feature and hope to release it in July. To be honest we do not have immediate plans to integrate Zoho Invoice with Microsoft entourage. We will update you as we progress. Nagendra

OK, We absolutely LOVE Zoho CRM, but need to: - Track Commissions (Only CRM does this) - Accept recurring payments (Does this work yet with Authroize.net integration?) - Generate recurring invoices (Only Zoho Invoice does this) We feel like we are stuck in the middle with nor unified solution. Is there any advice or forthcoming news that can help us out? Thanks
