Over the past couple of years we have released several plug-ins and add-ons for different Microsoft applications providing a seamless integrated experience between our applications. Some of the plug-ins we currently offer include...

We currently have two plug-ins for MS Office. Our Zoho plug-in for Microsoft Office lets you save your documents directly to Zoho from Microsoft Word & Excel. It also allows you to open your Online Zoho Documents in Microsoft Office. The CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Office lets you create mail merge documents such as form letters based on the data in Zoho CRM.

We also have couple of plug-ins for Microsoft Outlook. Our Zoho Calendar plug-in for Microsoft Outlook synchronizes your Outlook Calendar with Zoho Calendar. For Contacts though, our Zoho CRM plug-in for Microsoft Outlook does a great job of synchronizing your contacts from Outlook to your Zoho CRM account.

Very recently, we launched Zoho Office for Microsoft SharePoint add-on that brings our collaborative productivity applications to Microsoft SharePoint. This add-on works even behind the firewall keeping your data on SharePoint and integrating the collaborative capabilities of Zoho Applications to SharePoint.

Truth be told, I don't use any of these plug-ins as I don't use any Microsoft products. But I regularly use our Zoho QuickRead browser plug-in to quickly view documents I find online. This plug-in opens documents/spreadheets/presentations in a new browser tab so you don't have to download the documents locally. I use the Firefox version of the plug-in, but the same functionality is available for Internet Explorer users as well.

So, we have couple of plug-ins for Microsoft Office, couple for Microsoft Outlook, one for SharePoint and another for IE. Our users keep requesting us to offer more plug-ins for Microsoft apps. This week, we plan to launch another add-on for another Microsoft product. Any guess on what this is?
