We will look into your other suggestions. The focus again will be on integrations going forward.

Zoho is really one of my favorites when it comes to online docs and collaboration.
I have written so many posts on Zoho and other online applications.
In my recent research I have seen that most of the online storage and file sharing companies are using Zoho as a document editor.
Zoho has really come a long way in these 3 years.
Thanks for such a great service.
Keep up the good work.  I will keep recommending Zoho to my blog readers.

Congratulations. I think the applications have made huge strides in the three years, both in terms of features and speed. 

Personally I think that the new dashboard ("Zoho Docs") is secretly a major step forward! It points the way to abandoning the traditional desktop model of applications in favour of an almost seamless docucentric model, where the "applications" become tools that I can use as I need to.

One of the tightropes that Zoho has had to walk is dealing with two sets of customers with different sets of expectations. The first group use Zoho to write and store material which they then format and print out, or send to each other as attachments. The second group see Zoho as an opportunity to throw away their printers and keep everything online all the time.

Hopefully the second group gradually come to dominate, because it is then, I think, that Zoho can really play to its strengths as the best purveyor of a new cloud-based way of creating, storing and distributing material.

In this anniversary my suggestions are: 

- A calendar and more flexibility in Planner. 

- A search function in Zoho Docs

- Add filters in Sheets

- Integrate Planner into Zoho Business

- Open and modify Planner attachments with Writer.

Congratulations on Three Years!  You guys are doing great and your web services are real game changers.  
The next year is going be interesting as I expect we'll see a large uptick in the use of web applications and Zoho is likely to be in the forefront since you have such a complete suite.  Keep slugging it out with Google.
