But as much as you can blame your CRM software, you can also blame the way it’s been setup, the way it’s been implemented and managed. So how can you make your CRM system friendlier and get your salespeople to embrace it?

The reporting dashboard gives a quick view of the Total Job openings, Candidates, Clients and Contacts. Apart from this you can also have a consolidated graphical representation of your business progress and users activities.
This section lets you to view the Job Openings report with different statuses that have been added till date. Here, you can also download the entire job openings summary report.
Four different reports is generated in the Candidates section – resumes that are forwarded to clients, candidates with different status, candidates hired from different sources and the actual sources of the candidate.
This reports gives you the summary of interviews like, hired, pending, rejected,etc., and is displayed in a pie chart format. You can also view the interviews by source, which helps you to identify the sources from where the maximum interviews get scheduled.
With Clients report you can easily identify the overdue jobopenings for each client, and also the top clients who gives you good business. You can also download the client summary report from here.
This report displays the users performance based on the assigned job openings/candidates, scheduled interviews and candidates forwarded to client vs hired.
You can generate the above reports in weekly and monthly formats. Other than the above pre-bundled reports, we plan to come up with ‘Custom Reports’ shortly.

update, we have addressed some of the following customer requirements:
Navigation in Reports - Now there is no limitation on the number of records that are fetched in a report. A report will list all the records with the matching criteria which are accessible to you. Please note that a maximum of 2000 records will be listed per page and while exporting, you will be able to export the report one page at a time.
Enhanced Workflow Rules Limit – If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you now have the advantage of creating 30 workflow rules/module compared to the earlier limit of 20 rules.
Russian Language Support – Russian users can now use Zoho CRM in their own language. Russian Language is yet another addition to the long list of languages that we support.
Record Owner in Mail Merge - Your mail merge documents can now include the record owner’s information too.
With Zoho Reports, you can create a variety of reports including charts, pivot tables, dashboards, query/summary tables etc. Till recently, all such reports were created over only one table i.e., the columns you used for a report should belong to the same table. If the columns spanned across tables, you had to create a Query Table first and then create reports over it. Not anymore. With the new
feature, you can now create reports easily using columns from multiple tables, in much the same way as you create reports over a single table.
For the Auto-join feature to work, the tables are to be related using the
feature available in Zoho Reports. When you create a new report selecting any of the tables with a lookup relationship defined, columns from all related tables will be listed under the
panel in the report designer. You can drag and drop columns from across tables, to create your reports.
Consider this scenario. An

. Let’s say you want a report on employee salaries based on departments or number of years of experience. With the newly introduced Auto-join feature, you can easily create such a report, spanning columns from both the tables.
