The growing competition in today’s marketplace has forced businesses to rethink their sales processes. Long sales cycles, cluttered data, and the lack of an effective lead nurturing process can cost them quality leads and promising deals. Sales force automation (SFA) is a crucial technology that helps overcome these challenges and also boosts productivity.

We’ve built Zoho CRM from the ground up with the aim of making life easier for sales, marketing, and service teams in businesses of any size and segment. Its vast SFA capabilities enable you to focus on selling and leave other peripheral activities to automation. R&D is a core pillar of Zoho’s philosophy—which is why our team is constantly working on the next big innovation.

Some quick highlights from last year:

  • Our major release last year, Canvas—the industry’s first no-code CRM design studio—received a great response from our users thanks to its flexibility and user-friendliness.  As of 2022, a total of 43,937 users have implemented Canvas.
  • Our customer journey orchestration feature, CommandCenter has also doubled in active user count since its launch in 2020, from 3007 to 6422.
  • We’ve also improved our existing Sandbox feature. Users can now create multiple sandboxes and even maintain a unified deployment log to track the changes from all their sandboxes. Even CommandCenter journeys can be tested in Sandbox before pushing changes to production.

Simply put, with Zoho CRM, selling needn’t be complicated. Seventeen years ago, we set out on a journey to craft a world-class CRM, accessible by businesses of all sizes. We chose to deliver enterprise-grade capabilities using straightforward, accessible plans — and our customers loved us for it. While this may be our first year as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Sales Force Automation Platforms, we’ve been a steady presence in the report for the last 12 years now. And that, we believe, is the best testament to our enduring vision.
