We were super excited to introduce the industry's first design studio, Canvas for CRM. It's a no-code, easy-to-use design studio that lets you craft your record details page exactly the way you want. You can add fields; change the background; add buttons; change text fonts, colors, and sizes; and add text, icons, and a lot more.

Tags in CRM can now be color coded, which helps users categorize and identify records with ease.

More updates to CRM

We released a whole range of features designed to enhance the experience of both our users and their customers. New features like client scripting, multiple sandboxes, multi-org support, a new look for our forecasting and reporting features, enhancements to Zia, omnichannel communication, and color coding for meetings and tags were rolled out for all users to help them take their customer experience to the next level.
