Hi, all Notebook users! We hope you’re having a great time taking notes, and we’re back with some interesting updates. In this blog post, we’re going to share information about co-owner sharing, changing the font color, and changing the highlight color. So without further delay, let's dive into the details of the updates.
Grant access to share your notes with whomever you want
Back in 2020, we introduced the option to share your notes, so you no longer need to share them through messages, email, or other means—you can visit this blog post to learn more about that. In 2021, we introduced private sharing in Notebook, which allows you to share notes securely with your friends and co-workers.
However, now we have made it possible for you to share your notes with share access. This means they can also view the notes, edit them, and share them with anyone they want.
For example, let’s say that you own a travel agency and there’s an important note that needs to be shared with all of your clients, but you don't have enough time. You can send the note to an associate at your agency with permission to share, so they can share it with all of the clients.
Change the color of the text
Yes, we heard that! One of the most-requested features is the option to change the color of the text. Now you can type your notes in your favorite color, or select the text and then change it to your favorite color. So, starting today, take notes more colorfully.
Pick your favorite color for highlighting
Before, you could only highlight your text with the default color. Now you can choose different colors to highlight the text. Assuming you have a long note and you need to highlight the points based on their priority, you can do this by using different colors to show how important each point is.

Would love for the Notebook widgets on my Android phone to update themselves occasionally - maybe once a day rather than me having to do it manually by going into the note and syncing, then coming back out of the note and waiting for the widget display to update. Thanks!

I do not see the second A in my notes.

Would love to see the ability (in shared notes w/edit) to multiple collaborators edit a note simultaneously. Is that feature in the product roadmap?
