E-sign business documents with Zoho Sign and Microsoft apps

At Zoho, we are building one of the most tightly-integrated suites of apps to run your entire business. However, we understand that our customers use different tools within their organization and it is crucial for our apps to work tightly with both our in-house apps and third-party apps for a seamless user experience.

Zoho Sign - Microsoft Apps e-Sign

Zoho Sign, our digital signature app was launched in 2017 to simplify how businesses sign their documents. It allows you to sign, send, and manage documents from anywhere. The major benefits include expedited document turnaround time, reduced costs, and easy governance. Apart from the web app, Zoho Sign also offers native mobile apps for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and Android.

Zoho Sign is one of the most tightly integrated apps within the Zoho ecosystem. Our users can e-sign documents from over one dozen Zoho apps, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Forms, and many more. Apart from our Zoho integrations, we also offer integration with popular third-party apps such as Microsoft, Google, Dropbox, Box, Zapier, Integromat, and Formstack Documents.

Today, let's take a quick look at our popular Microsoft integrations: Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.

  • Office 365: With this integration, users can log in to Zoho Sign with their existing Office 365 credentials. They can then selectively import users into Zoho Sign from the Office 365 user directory in just a couple of steps, and sign their documents effortlessly. This integration will be helpful to administrators to improve productivity, security, and overall user experience in their company. Learn more.
