Announcing Zoho Recruit

These
days, HR departments and Recruiting professionals are finding it
increasingly hard to pick the best candidate for a job opening among a
growing pool of eager and qualified applicants. But selecting the best
candidate is not the only problem – managing the increased pool of
resumes, e-mail/phone communications and interviews has also become
more difficult.

That’s why today we are
launching our newest product: Zoho Recruit. Zoho Recruit is an
applicant tracking system (ATS) that helps staffing agencies and
recruiting departments track their job openings, resumes,
candidates and contacts quickly and efficiently. Zoho Recruit
allows recruiting professionals to spend less time on the process and
paperwork and more time doing what they do best: getting the right
candidate.

Zoho Recruit allows Recruiting agencies, independent staffing professionals and HR departments to:

    and Reach Candidates    . Gather resumes from multiple sources and do the
    initial filtering and resume screening more quickly – without weeding
    out the qualified candidates.
  • Manage
    Candidates and Resumes    .  Manage resumes and track the candidates
    throughout the interviewing process. Zoho Recruit of course features a
    resume database. But beyond that, you can also schedule interviews,
    send automatic e-mail notifications and log candidate activities and
    notes. And once you’ve made a decision on a candidate you can “lock”
    him to avoid confusion with other positions or clients.
  • Create
    and Publish Job Openings    . Collect resumes easily by creating and
    publishing the job openings in your website – and allow candidates to
    apply directly from there.
  • Parse Resumes. Populate resume information from different sources like social sites,
    mail attachments and more through and integration with ResumeGrabber.

  • Stay
    on top of what’s going on    . The activities stream allows recruiters and
    sourcers to stay on top of the recent and future activities. For
    example: what interviews are taking place today, who got hired
    recently, what new job openings do we have to fill?
  • Customize. No
    two recruiting processes are alike. Zoho Recruit can be fully
    customized to your needs. Create custom fields with our easy
    drag-and-drop UI (powered by Zoho Creator).

Recruiting agencies and headhunters will find Zoho Recruit particularly helpful. Zoho Recruit features dedicated functionality that helps them communicate and track their interactions with clients and contacts. They can also send quick notes to their customers directly from within Zoho Recruit.

In

Like other Zoho products, Zoho Recruit has a generous free edition. It also has a Standard edition (at only $12 user/month). The main difference is that the Standar edition allows recruiters to add more job openings, do mass mailings, customization and more.

  2. Hello! What about integration between CRM and Recruit? It should be usful to adapt CRM platform for hiring procceses and relatin with clients who offer heads

    Zoho People had the Recruitment module, which was specific to the needs of staffing departments inside an organization. After talking to existing and potential customers, we realized that staffing agencies, independent recruiters and many other people would like to use the Zoho People product as a staffing solution, but they don’t have the need for a full-blown HRIS. Hence we have separated the recruiting piece from the rest of Zoho People and released as a new service, Zoho Recruit.

    Now Zoho People will remain focused on being a great HRIS for the day-to-day people operations of a company. The recruiting functionality will be part of Zoho Recruit alone, which will help staffing agencies and recruiting departments source, track and hire the right candidates

  4. What is the difference between Zoho People and Zoho recruit. As i understand zoho people also has the capability of recruitment?
