This is a guest blog post by Adam Metz, the author of Amazon #1 internet-marketing best-seller ‘The Social Customer’, and the VP of Business Development at PandaDoc.
Zoho CRM users have been able to send documents to their contacts for five years. The company even added a real-time editor into their Document Library 3 months ago.
But they’ve never had integrated Document Signature or Document Analytics. Until now.
Let’s say you want to send Emily, one of your leads, a Google Slides presentation or a Microsoft OneDrive document to read or sign. Sure, you could share the document with Emily via email. But once the doc leaves Zoho, it’s tough to tell whether she read every page of it, signed it, or even looked at it.
Most sales professionals want deep visibility into what their customers are thinking. It’s difficult to sell in a competitive situation without this kind of “deal intelligence.”
“Deal Intelligence” on Documents to Leads
Currently, Zoho CRM customers can upload their documents from many different formats. Now you can also send those documents to your Zoho CRM contacts faster and find out:
It’s been four years since we started offering Mail Merge plug-in for Zoho CRM. Thanks to this tool, printing mailing labels, sending personalized letters, contracts and other form letters to customers is as easy as sending emails.
Take the sales teams for instance. The ABC’s of sales, Always be Closing, is still as valid today as when Alec Baldwin brutally explained to us in the movie, Glengarry Glen Ross (warning: contains profanity). After you close the deal, you still have to personalize and share sales agreements and other forms. Thanks to mail merge, you can now create templates to automate this routine task. So the next time you need an agreement, apply mail merge and the customer details will collate from the CRM so you don’t have to worry about filling out fields manually.
again, I bring you news on the latest enhancements in Zoho CRM. In our latest
update, we have addressed some of the following customer requirements:
Navigation in Reports – Now there is no limitation on the number of records that are fetched in a report. A report will list all the records with the matching criteria which are accessible to you. Please note that a maximum of 2000 records will be listed per page and while exporting, you will be able to export the report one page at a time.
Enhanced Workflow Rules Limit – If you are using the Enterprise Edition, you now have the advantage of creating 30 workflow rules/module compared to the earlier limit of 20 rules.
Russian Language Support – Russian users can now use Zoho CRM in their own language. Russian Language is yet another addition to the long list of languages that we support.
Record Owner in Mail Merge – Your mail merge documents can now include the record owner’s information too.
